Thank you for shopping with Lost Pets! We want to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth and convenient as possible. Below, you'll find all the important details regarding our shipping process, including shipping rates, processing times, and delivery information.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • All orders will be processed within 2 business days after the order is placed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is received, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 2-6 business days.

    • Rate: $10.95 (or free for orders over $50)

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

    • Rate: $14.45

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to nationwide Australia. If your country is not listed, please contact us at shoplostpets@gmail.com for assistance.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your package. You can also track your order by visiting Track your parcels - Australia Post.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain circumstances like weather events, holidays, or carrier delays may result in longer shipping times. We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any delays. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for damages that occur after the package has been delivered.

7. Shipping Charges and Taxes

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and order weight.

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders in accordance with local laws and regulations.

8. Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our [Return & Refund Policy] for detailed instructions on how to proceed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or damaged.

9. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shoplostpets@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is processed, but once the order is shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
